Since the sealing rubber ring of the piston used in the ice cube filling machine is a consumable accessory, in order to facilitate users to replace the special piston for sand ice, the precautions for the piston replacement process are described as follows:
1、 Piston replacement judgment
When the sand ice piston filling mechanism has material seal leakage, insufficient filling volume, etc., the piston mechanism needs to be checked. First, judge whether the stroke of the cylinder is in place. If the stroke of the cylinder is not in place, check the cylinder or replace it with a cylinder of the same model. Carefully observe whether there are residual sand and ice materials in the piston body when ensuring that there is no problem with the cylinder. If there are residual materials, it can be determined that the piston needs to replace the sealing rubber ring.
2、 Remove the cylinder assembly
When judging that the piston needs to be replaced, first cut off the power supply of the equipment and remove it to the cylinder pipe, push the piston cylinder to the bottom, and remove the two back screws on the piston connecting rod. Note that it is necessary to use two wrenches together to remove. After removing the two screws, remove the fixing screws on both sides of the cylinder fixing plate. At this time, remove the cylinder assembly as a whole.
3、 Removing pistons
When the cylinder assembly on the upper part of the piston is removed, you can hold the piston rod and pull it out. After pulling it out, carefully check the piston head. It can be seen that there are two rubber rings above and below the piston head. At this time, the rubber ring can be removed for replacement. The size of the rubber ring is similar to the diameter of the cup mouth ordered by the user. The specific size needs to be measured according to the removed rubber ring before purchase, or you can consult our after-sales department.
4、 Installation of piston
After the replacement of the piston sealing rubber ring, it is necessary to apply a little edible oil on the piston head for lubrication. At this time, you can hold the piston rod and push it vertically into the piston, and the piston should be pushed to the bottom. Finally, install the cylinder assembly and fix the screws. Finally, conduct ventilation and power on commissioning. At this time, the removal and installation of the entire piston has been completed.
